This is the most comprehensive book on ice skating and ice assessment ever published in Sweden. Author Mårten Ajne has over 30 years of experience with Swedish and foreign natural ice and spends 40–50 days a year on ice, often as a leader or ice reporter for SSSK. Henrik Trygg is one of the country's best outdoor photographers and has been skating with a camera in his hand since the early nineties.
