Skating map Stockholm 1:30000

The Skating Map of Stockholm is the most advanced map ever made with the skater's needs in focus. Calazo's skating maps are developed in close collaboration with Mårten Ajne, one of Sweden's most experienced and knowledgeable skaters.

Mårten has processed more than fifty years of ice and weather data and combined this with the accumulated experience within the skating clubs in Mälardalen. The result is presented here in the form of two maps at a scale of 1:30,000 of the most popular skating lakes near Stockholm. Extra care has been taken with the lakes' currents and weak areas, known rapids and outflows. The map also contains recommended starting points, parking lots and suitable land passages.

The map is made of a synthetic fiber that makes the map completely insensitive to water and very tear-resistant. A Tyvek map will not tear at the folds or lose its color when you use it.
