Back-up Skate 39cm

Back-up skate with straps instead of conventional bindings to fit all boots, anti-slip tape on top to prevent the foot sliding from side to side. Tour leaders usually carries a back-up skate on longer tours to help if a participant has a problem with a skate, binding, or a boot. The back up skate allows the user to passably skate to shore to sort the equipment failure or return home.

The base and blade is constructed as our regular Skyllermarks skates with the same strength and quality but should be considered as a back-up for equipment failure as the skating will not be comparable to skating with conventional bindings.

This is our shortest and most lightweight back-up skate.
